Did you know there's a flight simulator in Google earth? download free at earth.google.com
you click ctrl+alt+A to let the thing popup. (note: this only works in version 4 of google earth. if you are running a older version, download free the newer version at earth.google.com.)

tip: click with the mouse in the center of screen, cursor should become +. use mouse to fly. dont use arrow keys. move mouse down to go up, move up do go down. steer on the ground with period and comma.
